A lifelong dancer and movement enthusiast, discovered her passion for Pilates, Strength Training, and Yoga at a young age. Drawn to their transformative effects on both body and mind, she embarked on a journey that led her to become a certified Pilates instructor through The Pilates Place Miami in 2016. Seeking further growth, she obtained an additional certification with Solidcore—an exhilarating Pilates-inspired workout that fuses classical Pilates principles with the intensity of strength training. This powerful combination deeply resonated with Chelsea, propelling her to become a Regional Teacher Training Manager and Senior Master Coach with the company over the past four years.

With unwavering passion and an unwavering commitment to her craft, Chelsea invites you to embark on a transformative journey, discovering the transformative power of movement and finding harmony amidst the complexities of everyday life.
