Born and raised in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico, Nati has always been passionate about movement and the way it connects us to our strength—both physically and mentally. She thrives on time spent with friends and family and believes in balance, which means she’ll never say no to a good martini.
From the very first Lagree class she took, Nati was hooked—not just by the physical challenge but by the mental one, too. It demanded her full presence, pushed her beyond her limits, and, over time, became a source of deep empowerment. That experience led her to get certified and start teaching, sharing the same strength, clarity, and energy that movement has given her.
In her classes, expect to be challenged, to step outside your comfort zone, and to leave feeling stronger—inside and out. Because for Nati, it’s not just about the wrk you put in; it’s about the way you carry that strength into everything you do.

In Cristina’s Power Vinyasa classes, expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and deepen your mind-body connection through mindful movement and breathwork. She strives to create a space where students leave feeling energized, empowered, and uplifted—high on positive energy and good vibes.
Outside the studio, Cristina loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and immerse herself in all things wellness, especially making her daily cold-pressed juices. She believes in a balanced, fun, and realistic approach to health and hopes to inspire her students to embrace the same.
