What is the Lagree Method?
The Lagree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without any excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. Centered on the eight principles they call the Magic 8 (form, range of motion, tempo, duration, sequencing, transition, resistance, planes of motion) each workout varies in intensity in order to force physical changes, also known as positive adaptation. Lagree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercises such as planks, lunges, squats, push ups that will make you shake, sweat, and be sore for days to come. It typically takes around three classes to become acquainted with The Lagree Method. Stay committed, and we'll ensure you maximize your experience and achieve your fitness goals.
What is infrared heat?
Infrared heat operates differently from conventional heat by directly warming the body rather than primarily heating the air. This results in a more comfortable and evenly distributed heat experience.
During infrared heated classes in The Heated Room, the studio temperature typically ranges between 95 -100°F. The infrared heaters generate heat believed to penetrate deeper into the body, providing numerous benefits including enhanced caloric burn, body detoxification, increased flexibility, improved circulation, accelerated recovery time, and relief from joint and muscle discomfort.
It's important to note that while many people may enjoy the benefits of infrared heated fitness classes, others may find the heat uncomfortable or unsuitable for their preferences or health conditions. As with any fitness program, it's essential to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional before starting if you have any concerns or medical conditions.

What is your late policy?
To maintain the class's rhythm and ensure your body is adequately warmed up, entry to the studio will not be permitted if you are more than 5 minutes late.

If a spot opens up due to a cancellation, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class, and they will receive a notification confirming their registration.
