Sculpt and tone every muscle in this 50-minute, invigorating infrared-heated class. This dynamic full-body workout utilizes Bala props and Stakt mats to intensify functional movements and exercises, leaving you feeling energized, stronger, and oh-so-sweaty. Each class concludes with a refreshing cold lavender towel.
Heated Sculpt | Buns + Abs
Tone and define your glutes and core in this 50-minute, infrared-heated class. By using Bala props and Stakt mats, each movement is intensified and each body part specifically targeted, leaving your buns and abs feeling sculpted and strengthened. Heated Power Flow
Prepare to ignite your inner strength in this 60-minute dynamic class, blending the benefits of infrared heat with a powerful vinyasa flow for a transformative experience for both body and mind. You'll flow through a series of challenging poses and sequences where breath is synchronized with movement, leaving you feeling empowered and revitalized. Heated Slow Flow
